P-G Rotary Foundation Funding Requests

Rotary Foundation of Prospect / Goshen Club desires to provide assistance and funds to worthy charities, philanthropies and causes which promote the Rotary Ideals of Peace, Health, Education, Advancement and Understanding. The Prospect Goshen Rotary Foundation requires a member in good standing to sponsor and submit to the Foundation Board all requests for grants or funding. A completed application shall include all required documentation and be made in a timely manner. Questions about the form or how to submit a request may be directed to the current Foundation President link on this site.
