Topic: Waggener High School’s “Wildcat Food Den” food pantry.  This is a program initiated by our newly formed Alumni Association.  Dare to Care has graciously agreed to partner with us and is using us as a pilot program.  Hopefully other schools will follow suit.  We have also started a Freshman Mentoring Program run by the Alumni Association.  This is also a program that we hope other schools will follow.  We feel that feeding hungry kids and giving them one-on-one support will greatly improve the entire community.

Are You Going to Miss a Meeting?

Fellowship and information regarding projects and events are discussed at weekly Rotary meetings and our members are missed when not there. When you are unable to attend one of our meetings, there are various ways to continue your participation with Rotary.  When visiting Clubs outside our area it is a tradition to exchange Club banners (see banner below).  See our Club Secretary to get yours to take on your next visit.
